10 Minutes meal


Ingredients and Method

1. Bread (it can be French, Afghan, Indian/Pakistani, Italian, Mexican or whatever)

2. Cheese (the one you like)         

3. Any combination of vegetables that you can eat raw
(I used lettace, spring onions, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, capsicum, lemon etc.)

3. Any combination of fruits is fine
(I used, orange, papaya and pomegranate)

4. Salad Dressing
Olive oil (2Tbs), Oregano (1/4 tsp), Salt (to taste), Black pepper,Vinegar/Lemon juice (2 Tbs), Honey, (1 Tbs)...mix well and drizzle on your salad.

5. Roll in your salad and cheese in the bread and enjoy!
