I think that it's about time that they should stop thinking of themselves as world police.
We have seen the contribution of American forces in Iraq such as Abu Gharib and daily bombing till date and then Afghanistan, where the American are sitting on the same table with Taliban for dialogue after all these years and last but not the least, arming the rebels anywhere is dangerous such as in Libya or arming of Afghans during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in lste 70s...
Americans don't know how to unarm all these wild men.
