The Lunar New Year dates from 2600 BC, when Emperor Huang Ti introduced the first cycle of the Chinese zodiac. These are the last few weeks of the Year of the Dragon and the Chinese New Year will be celebrated somewhere between the first to second week of February.
2013 will be the Year of the Water Snake.
In Korea however, we will have a 3 day holiday from 9th. to 11th.of Feb. and we call it Seollal. It is one of the most important events in South Korea.
Snake can expect good fortune in relationships and look forward to a time when they personally or professionally shine.
