    1. Hello Abtimour,

You mentioned a number of languages but NOT Korean. In case, you are intermediate and above in Korean then there are quite a number of jobs open aside from teaching. Korean language proficiency is the key.

If you can brush up your language then go for it. Might take 6 months to a year.

As an Uzbek you can be a consultant for Uzbek migrant workers at the migrant centers. You can be a translator. Cultural exchange teacher. You can find jobs at Korean Conglomerates and banks on and off on their respective website. There is a lot of room for Central Asians. You may know that students from your region and country are excellent in Korean language and hence, it will be competitive but not impossible.

Most jobs are on the official websites. Go to Samsung, LG, Daewoo (etcc. ) pages.

Participate in Korea Job Fair that takes place every fall. It is just around. Google it. I guess, I also did a post on it....so search that. Register there, it IS helpful.

      Best of luck!

  4. Hi Melissa,

Well, as far as the posting above is concerned - it says that they need substitute teachers and I would suggest you to contact the person in-charge of this French School - contact is also in this posting. They are gonna give you loads of pointers.

Since you are looking for an internship in Korea ...I'd suggest you to go to SNU, Yonsei, Sogang or Korea university bulletin board (online) and there you may find all sorts of internships to be offered during winter holidays.

I would also like you to look for KOICA's website, they are working extensively in Africa and do want people who have an experience of living in Korea so contact them....Moreover, regularly visit: Seoul Global Center's website. Their"forum" is a good source of information.

    All the best for u!
